SCHEDULE

10:00am Set Up and Prepare Supplies for Filling Bags with Needed Toiletries & Snacks for Pine Street Inn's street outreach to people who are homeless, followed by snacks to-go

11:00am Fill & Check Bags with Needed Toiletries, then enjoy snacks

12:15pm Sponsor-Only Optional Luncheon (al fresco or to-go)


TICKETS Every participant must pre-ticket in advance - We cannot accept any walk-ins due to event capacity.

$20 per person if purchased by 4/18 using "5offEarlyBird" promo code when you check out

$25 per person if purchased by 5/11

$50 per person if purchased by 5/15


This is a fragrance-free event.

Casual, layered attire suitable for the outdoors is suggested.

Volunteers are asked to wear masks and wear gloves that PMD will provide.

PMD provides experienced project management for needed, hands-on service projects, as well as assists companies and charities that seek to build successful community involvement programs. Since 1992, PMD has engaged nearly 10,500 people in 1,435+ service projects assisting 156 charities in Greater Boston+.

What are you doing to address covid-19 risks?

Healthy volunteers will be wearing masks and PMD-provided gloves to fill/seal one-gallon ziploc bags with needed toiletries and snacks for Pine Street Inn's street outreach to people who are homeless.

Volunteers will be working at tables outdoors.


Is there a minimum age or additional requirements for children? Do you offer special pricing for children?

Youth age 7 and older may participate. Youth under age 16 must be accompanied by a separately ticketed and fully participating adult/guardian. A parent/guardian must also co-sign a release for children under age 18. PMD canNOT provide discounted pricing for youth.


What are my parking options getting to the event?

Ample off-street parking is available.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

If you did NOT use an Early Bird discount code, tickets are transferable until 5/11.


Can I update my registration information?

Yes, online until 5/11.


Do I have to print/bring a ticket to the event?

No, your name will be on our list.


What is the refund policy?

If PMD cancels this event due to state covid-19 restrictions on outdoor gatherings with physical distancing, we will make full refunds via eventbrite in the form your original payment was made. Otherwise, no refunds are possible. All proceeds will be acknowledged as donations, minus any sponsor benefit received.
